Rightmove's most viewed homes of 2025: From medieval townhouses to £104m French palaces

London, Manchester and Glasgow dominated UK property searches, with the capital's Wimbledon, Fulham and Chiswick topping buyer interest.

Lombardy and Cannes

In Lombardy, Italy, a historic estate near Lake Como offered original stonework and vaulted ceilings for £152,950. Lakeside Real Estate handled the sale.

The most expensive international property viewed was Le Palais Vénitien in Cannes, France. The 3,000 square metre Venetian-inspired palace, commanding panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes, was listed at £104,880,000 by Home Hunts SARL.
