The catalogue includes several mixed-use and regional assets, including a 35,875 sq ft freehold near Winchester producing £410,646 in annual rent.

The property, purchased for £2.25 million, includes 16 apartments and a commercial unit.

The top-valued property in the catalogue is guided at £4.25 million, producing an annual income of more than £268,000.

The firm has achieved £270m in commercial sales so far in 2025 across 402 lots, with an 83% success rate.

The September auction included more than 160 properties and parcels of land.
