The latest product launch by the buy-to-let brand of specialist lender, Foundation Home Loans follows last month's introduction of a new limited edition holiday let product.

The buy-to-let lender has announced the launch of eight new remortgage products following rate reductions announced last week.

The latest mortgages launched by the lender are available for purchase and remortgage up to 65% LTV.

Rates have been reduced across both products by 10 bps

Following the changes, five-year fixed rates now start from 4.81%

The lender has also announced the launch of new product switch rates for landlords with large HMOs and multi-unit freeholds.

The lender’s newly launched BTL products cater to regulated, unregulated, and consumer BTL borrowers.
