Cubica Capital has secured a £6.8m residential property investment loan from Secure Trust Bank to refinance a converted Sidcup office block.

Build-to-rent investor Livingway has secured £36.4m in funding from STB Real Estate Finance to support its growing portfolio of residential schemes.

Danehurst has refinanced The Pepper Mill, a 155-studio PBSA development in Edinburgh, with an £18m facility from Secure Trust Bank Real Estate Finance at 63% LTV.

The listed building has been converted into six premium apartments, four of which have already sold.

The finance was arranged by Mike Feasey, relationship director at STB, and brokered by Kevin Stedmann, managing director of Garnet Finance.

11 completed apartments form part of the refinanced portfolio.

The loan from STB marks the second deal between the two firms and supports Prime Cities’ latest buy-and-hold move.

This latest deal marks the fourth completed between Secure Trust Bank Real Estate Finance and Castleforge since 2019.

The deal was supported by solicitors Shepherd and Wedderburn, along with the assistance of Julie Percy, Relationship Support Specialist at STB.
