As Aviva prepares to go to the High Court on Monday to seek approval for the reattribution of its inherited estate,

Which? chief executive, Peter Vicary-Smith, says:

“Instead of standing up for consumers, the FSA appears to have stood by while Aviva plundered hundreds of millions of pounds of policyholders’ money from its inherited estate. The FSA may as well have tied a bow around the money and handed it to Aviva on a silver platter.”
