Specialist business advisory firm FRP has acquired Arc & Co Structured Finance Limited as it continues expanding its national presence.
Arc & Co, headquartered in London, provides FCA-regulated financial advisory services to UK and international real estate clients. Established in 2008, the firm has developed a reputation as one of the most experienced real estate advisory teams in the UK and Europe, offering support on debt and equity structures for residential development, commercial development and long-term income-producing assets across a range of sizes.
The transaction means Arc & Co’s directors and co-founders, Andrew Robinson and Edward Horn-Smith (pictured), will join FRP as partners. All 18 members of the Arc & Co team will also move across to FRP.
FRP plans to launch a sixth service pillar, FRP Real Estate Advisory, following the acquisition. The new service line will combine Arc & Co’s expertise with FRP’s existing experience in the sector to create a comprehensive advisory offering that helps boards, lenders, and advisors focus on value creation, preservation and risk management.
This is FRP’s fifteenth acquisition since its IPO in March 2020 and follows its acquisition of One Advisory Group in May 2025. FRP noted that the deal supports its strategy to deliver sustainable growth by broadening its services, increasing market share and strengthening its geographical coverage.
