Your Move Williams Rose, a franchise partner of LSL Estate Agency Franchising, has acquired Keynsham letting agency Assured Property Rentals, taking on a portfolio of 250 landlords as the agency's owner retires after 25 years in business.
Two members of the Assured Property Rentals team will transfer to Your Move Williams Rose as part of the transaction. The acquisition is the seventh that LSL Estate Agency Franchising has facilitated for its franchise partners in 2026.

Peter Jarman, owner of Assured Property Rentals, described a straightforward transaction process.
"The transaction of the sale of our company to the Your Move franchise group has been undertaken with a smooth process that relieved pressure and the anticipation of disruption," Jarman said.

In the course of a few months, all details had been agreed in principle and solicitors engaged.
