The number of locations outside London with an average price of £1 million+ has risen from 30 to 66.

The average UK asking price in June fell by £1,277 to £378,240

Sales agreed in Wales rose by 15%, while London saw a 1% increase

April buyer demand dropped 4% year-on-year, but sales agreed were up 5%.

It still takes over five months on average to complete a home sale in the UK.

The increase comes despite a surge in new rental stock entering the market during March.
