Atelier has structured an £8.1m development finance deal at 70% LTV for a new borrower delivering 13 apartments in Poole.

Atelier has completed a £12.5m development finance facility for a residential project comprising 37 homes in Derbyshire.

The loan runs for 15 months, funding upgrades to an existing purpose-built student accommodation asset.

The PBSA building comprises 196 studios and achieved 100% occupancy immediately after opening.

Atelier has provided a £21.7m development loan to Study Inn Group to support a new purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

The loan marks the fourth deal Atelier has completed with the borrower, a seasoned care home provider.

This latest funding follows the completion of a £7.6m loan to convert an office building in High Wycombe into 52 apartments, announced on Tuesday.

The scheme will deliver 52 apartments, including 43 studios.

The loan covers 70% LTGDV over a 15-month term.
