The buy-to-let lender has launched new remortgage products with cashback and reduced rates across its core buy-to-let ranges, alongside changes to fees and tracker pricing.

Average rental yields across England and Wales increased from 7.2% to 7.5% over the past year.

The lender's five-year zero fee HMO/MUFB product rate has been reduced by 10bps to 5.54%.

Rates range from 3.49% to 5.09%, depending on fee structure.

The lender has also withdrawn all 55% LTV mortgages and some 65% LTV options.

The change affects all limited company buy-to-let applications processed through Fleet's lending platform.
