Atelier has provided a £7.8m loan to fund the conversion of an existing office building in Bristol.

The new care home will provide 60 beds for residential, dementia, and nursing care.

The new development will deliver 81 beds across nursing, residential and dementia care.

The loan was completed in four weeks from enquiry to completion.

The new development includes 18 flats and three houses.
