Today, Darlington Building Society for Intermediaries has relaunched its foreign currency mortgage proposition for borrowers with incomes paid in foreign currencies. 

New five-year fixed rates start at 5.19% for standard buy-to-let cases.

Rates on the new products start at 4.19%, with housebuilder incentives of up to 5%.

Residential mortgage rates have been reduced by up to 0.35%
