Coventry for intermediaries has reduced selected limited company buy-to-let rates by up to 20 basis points, with both two- and five-year fixed options now available at 75% LTV.

The five-year fixed remortgage product is now 4.96% at 75% LTV with no product fee.

The products are available for both standard buy-to-let and limited company buy-to-let landlords, covering purchase and remortgage applications only.

Today, Coventry for Intermediaries has entered the limited company lending market with new limited company buy-to-let mortgages to support landlords.
