West One lowers buy-to-let mortgage rates and introduces e-signatures to speed up completions.

Rates start from 6.69% for semi-commercial properties and 7.44% for commercial properties.

West One’s bespoke service now supports high-value loans up to £15 million, and the minimum property value eligible for buy-to-let loans has been reduced to £75,000.
