Castle Trust Bank's new EPC Uplift Bridge offers bridging finance at 0.69% per month for landlords and investors improving rental property energy efficiency ratings.

Maximum works cost for the new product is £500,000.

Rates have been reduced across the lender's range, including Heavy Refurbishment with Drawdowns, Light Refurbishment and its Buy to Let product, TermTen.
