FRP Real Estate Advisory has structured a £1.1m refinance across four lenders and seven leases to release equity from a completed office-to-residential conversion in Reading.

The loan facility was obtained by a first charge against a residential conversion in Fulham.

London has seen conversions almost halved, following a 49.7% reduction.
