Foundation has reduced buy-to-let mortgage rates by up to 25 basis points and launched new limited edition residential remortgage products aimed at specialist borrowers.

The lender has introduced additional options to support landlords across a range of scenarios.

One in three landlords sought new finance, refinancing, or a product transfer in the past 12 months, rising to six in ten among those with existing borrowing.

The lender has also launched new expat borrower products starting at 4.39% for two years with a 3% fee and 5.09% for five years with a 4% fee.

The lender continues to operate as a UK non-bank specialist buy-to-let provider using manual underwriting.
