Bridging lender SDKA is marking England's progression to the 2026 FIFA World Cup knockout stages with a valuation fee refund offer worth up to £1,000 on residential bridging applications.
Any residential application submitted while England remain in the competition will qualify for a valuation fee refund of up to £500, payable on completion of the loan. Should England go on to win the tournament, that figure doubles to £1,000. The refund applies regardless of when the loan completes, provided the application is submitted during the promotional period.
"As England marches into the knockout stages we wanted to launch a winning offer of our own to our broker partners, their clients and direct customers," said Kunal Mehta, managing director of SDKA.
"No VAR here, we will refund up to £500 against residential valuations for applications submitted while England are in the competition, regardless of the completion date, and this will increase to £1,000 when, not if, the Three Lions go all the way to the victory podium.
"It's our way of celebrating the nation's success, promoting positivity and supporting customers at the same time."
