Paul Shamplina’s Rumble with the Agents is set to return to London on Thursday, 11 June 2026, bringing together the property industry for another unforgettable night of white-collar boxing, networking and fundraising, this time in aid of North London Hospice.

Now entering its 11th year in London, Rumble with the Agents has firmly established itself as a sell-out fixture in the property industry calendar. To date, the event has raised over £200,000 for charities, demonstrating the industry’s commitment to giving back while creating a powerful and memorable shared experience.

The 2026 London event will feature 4-5 live boxing bouts, with male and female volunteers from across the property sector stepping into the ring after completing four months of structured and controlled boxing training. Participants commit to an intensive programme designed not only to prepare them for fight night, but also to improve physical fitness, mental wellbeing, focus and confidence.

The evening will include a three-course sit-down meal, free bar, live boxing, auctions, raffles and post-fight celebrations, creating what has become known as one of the best networking nights in the industry. At last year’s London event, more than £2.5 billion worth of property businesses were represented in the room, including corporate landlords, estate agents, letting agents, developers and key industry suppliers.

The main sponsor for the 2026 London event is mydeposits, continuing their long-standing support of Rumble with the Agents and its charitable mission.

This year’s chosen charity, North London Hospice, provides vital care and support for people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families, friends and carers.

Declan Carroll, Chief Executive of North London Hospice, said, “We are grateful to Paul and his team for choosing to raise funds for North London Hospice. Our hospice was built for our community, by our community, and local events of all kinds help to raise vital income for patient care. The hospice sector is really struggling, so public support is more important now than ever.”

Founded in 1984, North London Hospice is the UK’s first multi-faith hospice and supports more than 3,500 patients every year across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey, with some services also available in Camden and Islington. While services are provided free of charge, it costs over £16 million annually to run the charity, with only around a third of funding coming from the NHS.

Paul Shamplina, founder of Rumble with the Agents and Landlord Action (pictured), commented, “North London Hospice does amazing work caring for and supporting people at the end of their lives. I’ve personally known people who have been helped by the hospice, and it’s a fantastic local charity, close to where our London event takes place in Finchley."

"Rumble has always been about showing that the property industry can come together, push themselves, and make a real difference. I’m looking forward to raising as much as possible for this incredible cause.”

Rumble with the Agents is now actively looking for committed and dedicated volunteers, both male and female, from across the property industry who are willing to take on the challenge of training and competing in the ring.

In addition to the London event, it has also been confirmed that Rumble with the Agents will return to Newcastle on 10 December 2026 at the Civic Centre, with the charity to be announced.
