Reapit has announced that it has formed a new strategic partnership with iamproperty. The collaboration aims to expand estate agents’ access to auction sales by integrating iamproperty’s auction platform, iamsold, with Reapit’s software.

Through this integration, agents using Reapit will be able to connect properties and clients directly to iamproperty’s auction service, streamlining processes and reducing the need for duplicate data entry. Viewing information, property details, and client records will be automatically shared between the two platforms, improving workflow efficiency.

According to iamproperty, auction sales offer a faster and more secure transaction method, with completion times of around 56 days and a reported 95% success rate. The company also notes that demand for auction sales has increased, with auctions now accounting for more than 1% of all UK property transactions.

Jamie Cooke, Co-Founder of iamproperty, stated that the partnership will help estate agents respond to consumer demand for greater choice and digital-first transaction options. “The average completion time for a Private Treaty sale last year was 160 days, which is a challenge for buyers and sellers alike. Auctions provide a faster alternative, and integrating our service with Reapit will make it easier for more agents to access this option.”

Dr. Neil Cobbold (pictured), Commercial Director at Reapit, added: “Offering auctions alongside traditional sales methods allows estate agents to better meet the needs of their clients. This integration provides direct access to the UK’s largest auction service, helping agents diversify their approach in today’s property market.”
