
The white label system allows firms to operate their own online conveyancing platform ensuring all advisers have access to a selection of the best conveyancers while being able to maximise the income they can generate from conveyancing instructions.
The Conveyancing Alliance system comes with a number of core ingredients such as the integrated platform for quotes and instructions, real-time case tracking, automated commission payment and bespoke management information (MI) but it can also be developed to provide a bespoke offering for each individual firm.
For example, each white-label version of the system can be set up to only allow access to the firm’s chosen conveyancers; it can also deliver a bespoke pricing structure and a flexible commission tool, depending on the firm’s income objectives and service offering.
Conveyancing Alliance’s white label system is targeted at medium to large intermediary firms with significant numbers of advisers. It allows the firm to deliver its own bespoke conveyancing solution to the entire sales force.
