"There is an unprecedented demand for rental properties across our current office locations in Harrogate, Pocklington and Northallerton, and it makes business sense for us to add this service while delivering more value for our clients"
North Residential, which rebranded from the former Knight Frank team in Harrogate, moved to become independent in September last year, and has locations in Harrogate, Pocklington, and Northallerton, with further planned openings in Leeds and York soon.
As part of its expansion plans, the agency has now launched a service that aims to find tenants prepared to pay a premium rent on a flexible contract to retain the ability for a buyer to have vacant possession. It is not a service currently offered in Yorkshire but the concept has already proved successful.
The new service will provide more options for clients in realising the best value in their property transactions and much more flexibility for buying and selling depending on market conditions.
Harlan Pollitt, a founding Director at North Residential, said: “We are pleased to introduce our new lettings division as we strive to provide a one-stop solution for our clients. Not only does this provide a range of options for them to maximise return on their asset, but it also offers a stepping stone for being in the best buying position when the right property comes to market.”
“There is an unprecedented demand for rental properties across our current office locations in Harrogate, Pocklington and Northallerton, and it makes business sense for us to add this service while delivering more value for our clients.
“Ultimately, we aim to offer a fully holistic residential estate agency service through relationship-driven customer service, which will help us retain clients in the longer term.”
