Kent Reliance launches new BTL products

The lender also announced that it has cut rates and added lower LTV options following feedback from brokers.

Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, part of OSB Group, has introduced new buy-to-let products and reduced rates. Launched products include reduced 75% LTV rates, lower LTV options and large MUFB products.

Key BTL updates include:

· Rate reduction on 75% LTV rates

· New lower LTV options at 55% and 65% LTV for 5-year fixed rates

· Launch of large MUFB (up to 20 units as standard)
