"Reaching 800 agents is another incredible milestone, but what excites me most is the consistent strength of that growth"
- Adam Day - eXp UK
eXp UK has announced that it has passed the milestone of 800 member agents, only months after reaching 700, reinforcing its status as the country’s largest platform for self-employed estate agents.
The latest growth highlights the pace of expansion achieved by the company in 2024 and 2025. Over the past year, eXp UK has not only increased its agent base at record speed but also introduced a brokerage model to help branch-based businesses transition to self-employment, alongside a buyer representation programme aimed at offering clients greater choice and transparency.
The platform launched in the UK in 2019 under the leadership of Adam Day, head of eXp UK and Europe. Since then, the network has consistently expanded, reaching 600 agents in 2024, crossing the 700 mark earlier this year, and now passing 800 in under six years.
“When we first brought eXp to the UK in 2019, we knew there was a huge appetite for change within the estate agency sector, but even I could not have anticipated just how quickly the model would take root and grow,” said Adam Day, head of eXp UK and Europe. “Reaching 800 agents is another incredible milestone, but what excites me most is the consistent strength of that growth. Month after month, more agents and businesses are recognising the benefits of our platform, from the support, training, and technology we provide, to the freedom and autonomy that comes with being self-employed. It is this combination that has firmly established eXp UK as the nation’s leading platform for self-employed agents, and yet we’re still only scratching the surface of what’s possible. The journey so far has been extraordinary, but the future potential is even greater.”
