
The appointment of James will strengthen the firm’s property reputation, and in particular it’s offering to institutional property fund clients.
James joins the London team, led by property partner Chris Baker, with particular experience in sales, acquisitions, development, leasing and financing for a number of different clients including institutional investors, FTSE property companies and UK and international property funds.
James trained and qualified at Ashurst before spending six successful years at Nabarro where he was involved in a number of high profile deals including, recently, selling properties in excess of £230 million and leading on the property elements of a £100 million refinancing.
