John Elkington joins Ennes Private Clients

Enness Private Clients, the large mortgage and high net worth specialist, has announced John Elkington will join as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect

John brings a wealth of experience to Enness Private Clients as one of the most successful and respected property professionals in the country. Aside from his new role at Enness John owns Kent based Penhurst Properties which has a vast portfolio focused in affluent parts of South London as well as a number of business centres in the Capital and Kent.

John founded the company in 1987 with the purchase of a single flat in Tooting and has grown it to become one of the country’s largest private landlords and is a regular on lists of the country’s wealthiest and most influential business people.

John’s role at Enness will not only be to assist in the management and direction of the current operation but to help create and execute strategy in growing the company through new partnerships and channels of funding.

John Elkington, commented:
