Developed in conjunction with SculptLight, the app has become an extremely useful tool for people searching for potential new homes through their iPhone or iPad. The pioneering app allows customers to easily locate homes for sale or rent in their area. It also provides floorplans, downloadable brochures, maps, directions as well as a review of properties recently sold in a specific area, including the selling price

The app is just one of the many ways in which haart is marketing properties through mobile devices. Earlier this year it launched its next generation mobile website followed more recently by a dedicated text service. The latter uses the latest GPS technology to text details of the five nearest properties for sale or rent. Each text provides not only the property details and price but also directions to the property itself. What’s more, it comes with the option to book a viewing directly with the branch. Five percent of all traffic to the haart website now comes from mobile devices.

Says Russell Jervis, Managing Director of haart:

“The haart app has proved hugely popular with house buyers around the UK, using the latest in mobile technology to provide our customers with the tools they require to search for their next home wherever they may happen to be in the country.”
