Brickflow has added Pallas Capital to its lending panel, giving brokers on the platform direct access to the lender's development finance and bridging loan products.

Pallas Capital launched in the UK in January and offers development finance facilities from £1m to £35m, with lending up to 70% of gross development value. Its underwriting is structured around individual deals rather than rigid criteria, accommodating varying levels of developer experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use asset classes. A flat credit structure is designed to support fast decision-making and give borrowers early certainty of credit support, backed by institutional funding.

On the bridging side, facilities run from £250,000 to £35m at up to 75% LTV, covering residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties as well as land with planning. Each transaction is assessed individually, with the team placing particular emphasis on speed, transparency, and consistency from application through to completion.

"We're delighted to welcome Pallas Capital to Brickflow, following their UK launch in January," said Glenn Franklin-Jones, director of lender relations at Brickflow and designated account manager for Pallas Capital (pictured). "Their flexible approach to both development and bridging finance, combined with a strong funding base and global track record, makes them an excellent addition to the platform."

Franklin-Jones added that the cultural fit had been a factor in the decision. "Pallas Capital's focus on building long-term broker relationships aligns closely with our own values, and we're excited to provide brokers with seamless access to their products through Brickflow," he said.

Anna Thompson, originator at Pallas Capital, said the early signs from the partnership had been encouraging. "Pallas Capital is a modern, flexible lender with a commitment to expanding our offering to as many brokers as possible. Brickflow allows us to do just that," she said. "We received our first lead on day one of going live on the platform, an early indicator that this is a promising partnership."

Thompson added that building a reputation quickly was central to Pallas Capital's approach. "Our aim is to act with integrity and quickly build a reputation for deliverability," she said. "We are excited to work with Brickflow as part of our journey."
