Allsop unveils latest residential auction catalogue

Auctioneer, Allsop, has announced the release of its February residential auction catalogue with 321 lots on offer, 23 of which are guided at £1m or above and marking the firm's largest residential offering since May 2019.

February's catalogue features a mix of investment and development opportunities across the UK, including houses and flats, ground rent investments, vacant sites and garages including Lot 40: three office buildings with planning for conversion to 103 flats (under PDR) in Staines upon Thames, guided at £15m, Lot 54 – a partially completed mansion in Highgate with an indoor swimming pool and a spa, guided at £5.5-£6m, and Lot 41 – a freehold HMO in Kensington, guided at £1.85m, with total current reserved rent of £121,842 per annum

Allsop’s next residential auction will be held online on 16th February 2023
