Network Auctions announce multi-county sales success

Network Auctions’ 12th September London ballroom sale has proven a hit with regional and capital buyers selling lots in 19 different counties from Merseyside to County Durham, West Midlands to London and West Glamorgan to Devon.

Key highlights from the sale included a two-bedroom house requiring modernisation in Taunton, Somerset which sold for £103,500 against a guide of £60-70,000; a three-bedroom refurbished semi-detached needing structural attention in Wollaton, Nottingham which sold for £246,000 against a guide of £170-180,000 and a substantial property arranged as five flats in Bedford requiring refurbishment which sold at £300,000 against a guide of £230,000.

Network Auctions next London sale will be held on 25th October at Grosvenor House, London.
