Graham Penny Auctions is inviting entries for its next Leicester auction on Thursday 14th August at the King Power Stadium and promising that while the vendors are relaxing on their summer holidays the team is hard at work marketing and selling the latest lots to its active database of buyers across the country.

Carl Finch, Graham Penny Auctions Leicester branch manager, commented:

“Traditionally August has been a quiet month in the property market however over recent years this has not been the case so we wanted to capture that buying market and hold an auction next month. And we’ve definitely made the right decision as we have over a dozen properties already entered with many more valuations booked in for the coming weeks.

The catalogue for next month’s auction is shaping up to be really exciting with a range of flats, bungalows, family homes and commercial properties already entered and all with realistic guide prices.”

Carl added: “Each lot gets four weeks of intensive marketing including online advertising on our website and RightMove, print advertising in our city centre office window and in the local property guides, a distinctive sale board outside the property and a high quality auction catalogue mailed to thousands of active buyers across the UK. Don’t wait until after the summer’s over to sell your property, let us work for you now while the market is hot, literally!”
