The catalogue features 37 residential houses, mixed use properties and land lots all set to go under the hammer at the auction on Thursday 4th September at Nottingham Racecourse with guide prices starting from only £3,000+ for land and £28,000+ for houses.

Some of the properties on offer have already attracted significant interest up and down the county, none more so than 10 Downing Street! It may be one of the most recognisable addresses in the country but it’s not the home of the Prime Minister. It’s not even got the famous black door, instead it’s a traditional three storey two bedroomed end-terraced house in Sutton in Ashfield.

Vejay Pal, senior valuer at Graham Penny Auctions Nottingham, commented: “We have been flooded with calls for more information and viewings on many of our properties in next month’s auction. Our property on Downing Street is attracting the most interest, as you can imagine, and I’m expecting this attention to carry over into the auction room next month. It’s going to be an exciting auction.”
