Rachel, from Duffield in Derbyshire, joins Graham Penny Auctions from East Midlands Trains, where she was a business accountant in the commercial and customer services department. Prior to that she worked at bmi for 17 years in various accounting roles.
At Graham Penny Auctions, Rachel will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, annual and adhoc budgets, VAT returns, payroll and any other finance support required for the Derby, Nottingham and Leicester offices. She will also handle the accounts for sister company Graham Penny Estates.
Rachel commented: “I’m excited to join the growing team at Graham Penny Auctions. Property auctions is a totally different industry to what I have worked in before so I am enjoying learning about the industry and how different the accounts are.”
