Alps has made its full let property add-on suite available on the Acturis trading platform.
The suite covers five product lines: legal expenses, excess protection, home emergency, rent guarantee, and pet damage protection. Brokers on Acturis can now access all five directly through the platform, without minimum requirements, tie-ins, or exclusivity arrangements.
The move extends Alps' existing presence on Acturis to encompass its broader let property offering, widening broker access to specialist cover across the key risk areas that arise during the letting process.
Products are backed by a growing panel of insurers. Claims handling is managed either by Alps' in-house team or specialist claims partners, depending on which product is placed.
"Expanding our offering on Acturis to cover our let property products is another important step in making it easier for brokers to access the specialist protection their clients need," said Michelle O'Reilly, managing director at Alps.
