Allsop has released the catalogue for its September residential auction, which includes 355 lots across the UK. The two-day sale will take place on 17th and 18th September, continuing Allsop’s established pattern of multi-day auctions.
The catalogue offers a wide selection of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities. Among the most notable is a freehold block of flats in Kensington, London, featuring a generous basement and guided at £7m+, making it the highest-value lot in the catalogue.
The announcement follows Allsop’s July residential auction, which raised over £46m and achieved a nearly 85% success rate across two days.
Highlights from the upcoming auction include:
Lot 11, Kensington, London – a freehold unbroken block of 11 self-contained flats with a generous basement, producing £321,000 per year, guided at £7m+
Lot 17, Earlsfield, London – a freehold site with planning permission for 12 private townhouses, guided at £2.6m+
Lot 40, Marylebone, London – a freehold Grade II listed five-storey corner terrace townhouse, guided at £3.3m+
Lot 109, Shepperton, Surrey – two freehold interconnecting buildings with planning permission for 38 studio flats, guided at £3.75m+
Richard Adamson, managing partner and auctioneer at Allsop, said, “Following the success of our July auction where we raised £46m with an 85% success rate, we are delighted to release our 8th residential catalogue of 2025. The catalogue showcases numerous high-quality investment and development opportunities across the UK which we are bringing to market on behalf of housing associations, councils, receivers, administrators, and property companies."
"Political and economic uncertainty under the current government persists, and those adopting a ‘wait and see’ approach before the Autumn Statement may regret missed opportunities.”
