Allsop has announced details of its October residential auction, which will feature 340 residential and mixed-use properties across the UK. The auction will be held via livestream on 22 and 23 October, continuing the firm’s 2024 sales programme.

The catalogue includes a range of investment and development opportunities, from purpose-built student accommodation to mixed-use and redevelopment sites. So far this year, Allsop’s residential auctions have raised £365 million, reflecting ongoing investor activity in the sector.

Among the lots, the highest-value property is a freehold block of 10 self-contained flats on Leather Lane, Farringdon (lot 21). The fully let building generates more than £268,000 per year in income and carries a guide price of £4.25 million plus.

Other notable entries include a purpose-built student accommodation asset in Coventry offering 155 bedrooms, and a former office building in Buckinghamshire with redevelopment potential.

“Only two weeks after raising over £68 million at our September residential auction sale, we are delighted to release our ninth residential catalogue of the year,” said Richard Adamson, managing partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop. “The catalogue features a number of very high-quality investment and development opportunities across the country. There are still plenty of very focused and motivated sellers in the market, and, as our last sale proved, there is still excellent appetite from investors, particularly when assets are priced realistically. We anticipate a busy month ahead as our marketing campaign gets into full swing.”
