Property auction house Allsop has released the catalogue for its residential auction, featuring 284 residential and mixed-use lots from across the UK. The sale will take place on 18th December via livestream.
The highest value lot in the catalogue is lot 34, a leasehold self-contained first-floor three-bedroom apartment extending to over 3,300 sq ft in Marylebone, London, guided at £6.5m+. The property also offers access to private gardens with tennis courts.
