Allsop has unveiled its latest residential auction catalogue, featuring 280 residential and mixed-use investment and development lots across the UK. The sale will take place over two days, on 19 and 20 November, via livestream.

The auction house, recognised as one of the UK’s leading property consultancies and its largest property auctioneer, has included 18 lots guided at £1m or more.

The highest-value lot listed is a freehold, partially built, six-storey mixed-use development on Ealing Broadway, London (lot 16), guided at £5m+. Once completed, the scheme will comprise commercial premises arranged over the ground and part of the first floor, along with nine residential apartments. These will include three one-bed units, five two-bed units, and one three-bed duplex apartment.

The November sale marks Allsop’s tenth dedicated residential auction of the year. To date, the firm has raised £426m from residential auctions in 2025.

Richard Adamson, managing partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop, commented, “This is our 10th residential auction catalogue of the year, released only a week after our October sale, which realised over £68m."

"The November catalogue features over 280 lots and will be another two-day sale on 19th & 20th November. There are a number of high-quality investment and development opportunities across the country being sold on behalf of housing associations, banks, receivers, administrators, funds, REITs and property companies,” said Adamson.

Lot 21: Marylebone, London – a freehold stucco-fronted mid-terrace HMO building arranged to provide four non-self-contained flats and three self-contained flats, producing £102,778 p.a., guided at £1.5m+ (GIY 6.85%)
