The property industry came together in style on Friday 3rd July for one of the highlights of the charity calendar, the Agents Giving Summer Party & Fundraising Champions Awards 2026, proudly supported by headline sponsor Just Move In.

Held for the first time at the Coombe Abbey Hotel in Warwickshire, the evening brought together estate agents, suppliers and industry teams from across the UK to celebrate the property industry's fundraising achievements over the past year.

Guests gathered in a garden marquee overlooking the grounds of the historic 12th-century hotel, enjoying a drinks reception before sitting down to a three-course dinner.

The celebrations continued with a charity raffle, a live auction and live music from the Martin Bell Band, with dancing continuing late into the evening as colleagues and friends marked another year of giving back.

The highlight of the evening was the Agents Giving Fundraising Champions Awards, recognising individuals, businesses and teams who went above and beyond to support charities and local communities.

The awards celebrated a wide range of fundraising initiatives, community projects and personal challenges, reflecting the generosity that exists throughout the property sector. Organisers extended congratulations to every shortlisted finalist, with special recognition for this year's winners.

The evening also featured special recognition awards for individuals whose fundraising and volunteering efforts have made a lasting impact. Emma Barber of Magic Moments children's charity, working with Spicerhaart to support children facing life-limiting illnesses, and Darren Greenaway of The Greenaway Foundation (pictured here on the right next to Propertymark's Nathan Emerson), which supports families with essential resources and supplies throughout the year, both received outstanding contribution awards. The industry collaboration award went to exp.

David Newnes, chairman of Agents Giving, said the industry's generosity continues to make a real difference. "Every year I am humbled by the generosity, compassion and commitment shown by our industry," he said.

"These awards celebrate the people who go above and beyond to make a difference to others. Whether raising thousands of pounds or supporting local charities, every finalist and winner should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved."

He added: "Together, our industry continues to prove that we can make a real and lasting difference."

Funds raised throughout the evening will support YMCA Derbyshire, helping the charity continue its work providing accommodation, guidance, training and support for vulnerable young people as they build their futures.

"Agents Giving thanked headline sponsor Just Move In, along with all award sponsors, donors, supporters and guests whose generosity helped make the evening a success.
