Zoopla has introduced Prospect Plus, a new product giving agents direct access to its high-intent MyHome homeowner audience. This audience includes over four million homeowners, with 700,000 indicating they plan to move within the next 12 months. The potential sales commission from these motivated sellers is estimated at more than £2 billion.
Prospect Plus connects local agents to these sellers, a new type of lead backed by Zoopla data showing a conversion rate of over 40% from valuation to instruction.

Since its launch, more than 150 branches have signed up for Prospect Plus, benefiting from an influx of quality leads.
