Your Move Beccles has completed the acquisition of Suffolk lettings agency Your Property Solutions, with the agency's 125 managed landlords transferring to the branch.
The deal is the eighth completed in 18 months by the franchise business that operates four Your Move branches in Suffolk. John and Shirley-Ann Carter, who owned the lettings agency, are retiring from the industry but will keep running their financial services business.

LSL Estate Agency Franchising supported the deal through its Assisted Acquisitions Programme, which backs existing franchise partners from identifying businesses to buy through to valuations, due diligence and onboarding. The programme also offers financing options.
