MERA has completed a £1,627,500 development exit facility to support the refinancing of a three-bedroom new-build house in Dalston.

The project will convert an office building with retail units into 21 residential flats.

Mera’s loan book has now passed £100 million following recent transactions.

The lender refinanced the site, which is strategically located in an area of the Southeast that is experiencing significant regeneration.
