CHL Mortgages has launched limited-edition buy-to-let mortgage rates from 2.70% and reduced short-term let rates by 30bps for individual and limited company landlords.

The limited edition two-year fixed rate products in Foundation’s buy-to-let range are available at 75% LTV.

The lender has also announced a series of rate cuts across its product range.
