Kensington Mortgages has cut BTL mortgage rates by up to 0.35% and extended free valuations to its full residential range in a double update effective 1 June.

BTL two-year fixed eKo rates start at 3.69% with a 3% fee; five-year fixed rates at 4.27% with a 3% fee.

New pricing includes a two-year fixed rate of 2.99% at 75% LTV with a 5% fee.

The latest reductions follow a cut in residential rates last week

Five-year 75% LTV BTL HMO and MUB rates are down by as much as 0.20%.

Rates for the 2-year BTL Prime range start at 3.89% for 75% LTV with a 3% fee and free valuation.

Buy-to-let mortgage rates have been reduced by up to 155bps.

The lender has lowered rates across selected 90% LTV products by up to 55bps following customer feedback and changes in market activity.
