New data from TAB suggests semi-commercial lending could top £1bn for the first time this year, as lender numbers and product choice both expand.

TAB has completed almost £2.9m of bridging finance across two complex transactions for the same broker, Prism Private Finance, spanning Oxfordshire and Kensington.

A £108,750 bridging finance facility has enabled the fast acquisition and upgrade of a three-bedroom Ramsgate property.

The facility runs for 24 months, providing short-term flexibility for the borrower.
