Reposit integrates with Vision+ to streamline deposit alternatives

Tenants using Reposit pay one week's rent as a non-refundable fee instead of five weeks' rent upfront.

Reposit has launched an integration with the tenant referencing and tenancy management platform Vision+, allowing agents using Let Alliance or HomeLet's system to offer deposit alternatives more efficiently.

The collaboration enables agents to provide Reposit's deposit alternative product within their existing lettings workflow. Tenants using Reposit pay one week's rent as a non-refundable fee instead of five weeks' rent, while landlords receive eight weeks' worth of protection against damages and rent arrears at the end of a tenancy.

The deposit alternative aims to reduce admin work by at least an hour per tenancy and streamline end-of-tenancy processes. Agents gain a new revenue stream while offering enhanced protection to landlords.

"By integrating directly with Vision+, we've made it seamless for agents to offer Reposit as a tenant option, providing them greater flexibility over their finances," said Laura Wild, head of partnerships at Reposit. "Agents will streamline their workflows, save time, and boost efficiency while benefitting from a fully compliant income stream."
