RAW Capital Partners has joined Brickflow’s lending panel, giving brokers and borrowers using the platform access to its full range of short-term property loans.

The Guernsey-based specialist lender brings 10 years of experience in providing bespoke property finance to foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders investing in UK residential property. In December 2025, it expanded its proposition to include lending to UK residents.

RAW Capital Partners offers short-term loans on completed or near-completed residential properties across the UK. Facilities are available to private individuals, trusts and companies, with loan sizes of up to £4 million, terms of up to two years and a maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 70%.

Brickflow, founded in 2018, operates as a digital marketplace for specialist property finance. The platform allows brokers and borrowers to source and compare bridging, development and commercial funding options through a single online system. It connects users with a broad range of lenders and is designed to support greater transparency and efficiency in placing specialist finance cases.

Key features of RAW Capital Partners’ offering on Brickflow include:

short-term lending on completed or near-completed residential property;

facilities of up to £4 million with terms of up to two years; and

availability to individuals, trusts and corporate borrowers at up to 70% LTV.

“Our proposition is built on providing flexible, case-by-case underwriting for borrowers whose circumstances may fall outside standard criteria,” said Tim Parkes, CEO of RAW Capital Partners (pictured).

“That approach aligns well with Brickflow’s focus on improving access to specialist property finance through a streamlined digital marketplace. “We look forward to working with Brickflow’s members and supporting their clients with complex financing needs, ensuring that they can place cases with confidence and efficiency.”

Glenn Franklin-Jones, director of lender relations at Brickflow, said the lender’s arrival would broaden the platform’s short-term funding options and increase flexibility for brokers structuring deals.

“The addition of RAW Capital Partners further strengthens the short-term funding options available on the platform, giving brokers greater flexibility when structuring deals. Their strong track record with international borrowers adds valuable depth to our lending panel, while their recently launched UK product range expands the breadth of solutions accessible through Brickflow. We’re delighted to welcome them to the platform.”
