In addition to a plethora of industry heavy-weights speaking at the show, a further keynote speaker has just been announced.
Ben Beadle, boss of the soon to be NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association), the consequence of the proposed merger between the RLA and the NLA, will take to the stage on both days to talk about his organisation and its increased strength as an entity at over 80,000 members.
He’ll discuss how its not-for-profit status ensures the savings that occur from the deal will be invested straight back into helping its members more.
What’s in it for a landlord as a member of the NRLA?
Beadle says:
“Our new, bigger organisation is the largest landlord association in the country and now provides an even more powerful resource for them. We are a loud voice in the property industry, the media and in lobbying government – particularly important at this challenging time for the sector.”
“At the Property Investor Show I’ll be laying out why being a member of the NRLA is important, what we offer to landlords in terms of advice, products, services, support and the value that we provide for just 20 pence per day – and that may be set to become even better value still.”
Nick Clark, Managing Director of the Property Investor Show comments:
“The RLA and NLA have always been great supporters of our events and this year is probably the most timely for them to be able to set out their stall to a captive audience of property people eager to professionalise their businesses. I’m looking forward to hearing how the marriage of the two organisations will further strengthen their proposition to the direct benefit of landlords."
