The Property DriveBuy app replaces the criteria-based search model used by other property platforms with a geo-located property discovery tool which enables buyers to see available homes for sale as they physically pass them.

Users will receive real-time alerts with photos, floor plans, and video tours on their device.

Rather than requiring buyers to manually enter location and price filters, which can limit results, the Property DriveBuy automatically surfaces relevant properties they might never have considered due to the location-based features.

An international roll-out is already planned following the UK launch, during which estate agents can list properties free of charge.

Steve Foreman, founder and CEO of The Property DriveBuy, commented: "The property search process hasn’t meaningfully changed in two decades, and yet both buyers and agents are paying the price in missed opportunities and excessive fees."

"The Property DriveBuy puts discovery back into the hands of the buyer, while giving agents a cost-free way to get their listings in front of more people. Our vision is simple - to make property search proactive, not passive, and to deliver better results for everyone involved.”
