Specialist property finance lender, Lendhub, has announced that it has entered into an exclusive partnership with The Developers Club (TDC), becoming the organisation's sole lending partner for its growing network of property developers and investors.

The partnership brings together TDC's developer network with Lendhub's lending expertise across bridging, refurbishment, development and structured finance. Lendhub supports developers, investors and professional borrowers on projects ranging from straightforward bridging loans through to larger and more complex transactions worth up to £50m.

The collaboration aims to give TDC's network faster access to decision-makers, clearer structuring support and greater certainty of execution across a broad range of property-backed transactions.

The Developers Club was founded to support and connect ambitious developers, building a member network focused on education, collaboration and scaling residential-led development projects across the UK.

As part of the partnership, Lendhub and TDC will also collaborate on future educational initiatives, market insight events and developer-focused content designed to help members navigate the evolving property finance landscape.

Key features of the partnership include:

  • Exclusive lending access for TDC's developer and investor network
  • Coverage across bridging, refurbishment, development and structured finance
  • Support for transactions ranging from bridging loans up to £50m
  • Joint educational initiatives and market insight events planned for members

"Developers increasingly want direct access to experienced originators and underwriters who can structure quickly and provide clarity early in the process," said Max Herman, director of commercial and technology at Lendhub.

"The Developers Club has built an incredible network of ambitious developers, and this partnership allows us to support those members with fast, relationship-led access to specialist finance across the full capital stack."

Tex Jones, co-founder of The Developers Club, said the partnership reflected a search for a lender that understood developers' current challenges. "We wanted a lending partner that genuinely understands the realities developers are facing in today's market and can provide direct access to experienced decision-makers," he explained.

"Lendhub's approach, product breadth and ability to structure deals in real time made them the clear fit for our members."

He added: "This partnership gives our community direct access to a trusted funding partner as they continue to scale their businesses."
